LUNCH
Lunch price is included in the registration fee and will be
served at the restaurant of the Conference Hotel "Reval Hotel Neris.
SOCIAL EVENTS
Welcome Reception will be held at the restaurant "Sadutė"
on Thursday, 11th September, at 20.00.
Conference Banquet will be held at the Town Hall on Friday 12th at
20.00
Farewell Party will be held at the Kaunas Castle on Saturday, 13th
September, at 19.00.
Additional tickets to social events(for unregistered persons) will
be available at the registration desk.
Sightseeing tours will be organised in the time of scientific
sessions for accompanying persons.

13th September - Excursion to Vilnius and Trakai (old capital of
Lithuania).

BADGES
Badges will be used during the Conference. Participants
and Accompanying persons must wear their badges for identification
purposes and admission to all Conference functions and social events.
CERTIFICATION OF ATTENDANCE
A Certificate of Attendance will be issued at the time of
registration to each delegate.
NOTES TO SCIENTIFIC PROGRAMME
Each speaker will have 6 minutes to present the paper and 2 minutes
to participate in the discussion. MS Power Point computer
presentations will be available.
All the speakers are kindly requested to download and check their
presentations, video during the break before the session or earlier
in the OMEGA room..
Authors of the posters are also kindly requested to set up their
posters at the lobby of the conference hall on Friday, 12th
September, at 8.00 - 9.00 according the numbering presented here and
take down a poster on Saturday, 13 September after 15.30. Poster
size should be approximately A0 format (with 84cm, high 119cm).
